Phil Kellogg and Craig Holliday have known each other for years, since they both attended The University of Florida Building Construction Program and are longtime Sarasota residents.

Both live and work in Sarasota, Florida, respectively owning Kellogg & Kimsey Inc. and Holliday Group LLC. They are both proud to be continuing on their legacy of new homes with this Modern Style Home, designed by Shawn Ambrose of CADDesign, LLC, a local designer.
